Founded in 1972 and based in Houston, Texas, USA, PTAI started benchmarking in 1992 and now offers a comprehensive range of industry benchmarking services.

Prior to becoming part of the PTAI Group, Juran Benchmarking was a sister company of Juran Global. Founded in 1979 by the “Father of Quality”, Dr Joseph M Juran, the organization aimed at providing pragmatic solutions to enable organizations from any industry to learn the tools and techniques for managing for quality.
