Participating in the Juran Benchmarking program has enabled us able to justify our cost levels. The best thing about Benchmarking is that one gets a clear view of your own company’s performance. It is like looking into a mirror, it starts with yourself, allows you to understand the gaps in your performance compared to the other benchmarkers and enables you to learn from others best practices.
